If you have recently experienced a financial set back or a fire, we can help with clothing and furniture. You must provide proof of residency in Loudoun County. We want to learn more about your situation and why you need out assistance, so we will discuss your situation. We may have other help we can offer too.
You can receive a clothing voucher, Monday – Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. You must provide proof of Loudoun County residency. You will need to provide verification for everyone living in your home with a birth certificate, if they are under 18. You can receive our services once a year if you are over 18. If you are younger than 18, you can come once in the warm weather and once in the cold.
If you have experienced a fire and a natural disaster and your home was destroyed, we can help with furniture. You will be asked to make an appointment so that our store staff can assist you when you shop. We do not have a delivery service, so you will need to make arrangements to have your items moved to your new place of residence.
