Due to the generosity of our community, The Salvation Army of Loudoun can help with your utilities – such as Dominion, NOVEC, and gas. We do not currently help with water. Funds from the Washington Area Fuel Fund (WAFF) and Dominion are available to help with any heating source.

YOU MUST PROVIDE 2 FORMS OF PROOF THAT YOU LIVE IN LOUDOUN COUNTY, VIRGINIA.

YOU MUST UPLOAD A PICTURE ID

YOU MUST UPLOAD 60 DAYS OF PROOF OF INCOME

YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR BILL SHOWING THE DISCONNECTION DATE

YOU CAN ONLY RECEIVE OUT ASSISTANCE ONCE A YEAR – UNLESS YOU ARE OVER 65. IF YOU ARE OVER 65, YOU CAN RECEIVE ASSISTANCE ONCE DURING THE HEATING SEASON AND ONCE DURING THE COOLING SEASON.

ASSISTANCE FOR WATER IS ONCE A YEAR.

Our staff will work very hard to review your application as quickly as possible. Please note it may take 3-5 business days to process.

Our staff will be in contact with you by e-mail.

Our portal can fill up quickly. It can only hold up to 10 applications at a time. If you cannot proceed in the portal that is because it is full and should open within 24 hours.

 

We are open Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. We do not work on the weekends and certain holidays. In case of inclement weather during the winter – check our Facebook page for closings.
